Custom Leather Dog Accessories
As dog "owners" ourselves, and
working in a dog-friendly environment (yes, you may occassionally hear
wild barking in the background when placing an order by phone), we are
always excited to custom create something special and unique for our
favorite four-legged family members (don't tell the ferrets, though,
they think *they* are the favorites!)
All of our custom leather dog
accessories are created with certain elements in mind:
1) Comfort: Let's
face it, dogs deserve comfortable things! Why force your best friend to
withstand something for him or her if it's not going to be comfortable
and stylish? Why, he or she will be the laughing stock of the dog park.
2) Longevity & Quality:
I'm a dog owner, too. Actually, our artists have a combined total of 6
dogs. And, my are they all definitely different with their own
personalities. We have the drama dogs (you know, the ones that make a
commotion trying to find just the "right spot" to lay down), we have
destructive dogs (and one of them is uber-destructive - she gives
dynamite a run for its money in the destructive department!), we have
the quiet and mellow dogs (the ones that you have to search for because
they find somewhere to curl up and sleep and you forget that they are
around), we have high-strung dogs (we call these the "streakers" -
because you will usually see a streak across the yard when the dog it
outside as it races the wind - and wins!) - well, you get the point.
With this many dogs, we understand that if it's not high quality, it's
simply not going to last for very long. And, we've never found anything
quite as irritating as investing in a collar, leash/lead, or dog bed
only to have to replace it in a few years (sometimes months) later
because durability didn't seem to be a requirement in construction.
Our theory is, if we are going to
spend the time to get something for our best friends, we want it to be
a lifetime "companion" for our favorite companions!
3) It has to express our
dog's personality. Yes, I know this seems silly to anyone
without a dog - but, a dog's personality is an important consideration
when buying anything for your best friend! When you buy any of our
